Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy travelling, walking along the beach, dancing, running, painting when time allows and being outdoors with my dogs. I also enjoy true crime documentaries and ADHD podcasts.
Work Experiences
I bring over two decades of professional experience across psychology, the disability sector, and prior service in the police force overseas. These diverse experiences have given me a broad understanding of life's challenges and complexities, shaping my compassionate, thoughtful approach to supporting emotional wellbeing.
