Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be reviewed at the discretion of the practice.
