Progressive Pathways Psychology is a solo practitioner practice, nestled in the beautiful suburb of Scarborough, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

Psychological services are offered for children, adolescents, and adults. Assessments and ADHD support are available across the lifespan, with therapy sessions tailored for adolescents and adults.

Progressive Pathways Psychology offers individualised support shaped around your unique needs, goals, and values, within a space grounded in kindness, empathy, attentive listening, and genuine connection.

The practice is grounded in a culturally humble approach that recognises each person’s unique identity and the ways culture, lived experience, values, and personal beliefs may influence wellbeing, communication style, and preferences for support. A respectful, inclusive, and culturally safe environment is fostered where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.

Quality psychological care from the comfort and privacy of your home, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches used in face-to-face sessions to support wellbeing, insight, and practical change. Tele-assessments, where appropriate, are also available.

Services are carefully designed to align with your unique needs, goals, and values, and are delivered with kindness, empathy, and genuine respect. Evening and limited Saturday sessions are available to support accessibility and flexibility.

Psychological Therapy

Therapy is guided by a holistic and flexible approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities to support emotional understanding and practical change, including the following:

Individual Therapy
weekdays 0900 to 1700

50-minute sessions focused on your personal wellbeing and goals.

After-hours & Saturday Therapy

Flexible evening  and limited Saturday sessions, primarily delivered via telehealth. 

 Fees

Assessments

Comprehensive psychological assessments exploring cognitive, emotional, behavioural, learning, and developmental functioning. Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the assessment. Please contact us for further information regarding fees.

Payment & Rebates

Medicare rebates can be claimed after your session, if you are eligible.

Private Health Insurance

Check with your provider to see if you are eligible for therapy rebates.
